This hotel is a great value for the price, with basic amenities and a nice window view. The small kitchen with a fridge was a convenient addition. The breakfast included was a nice touch.
All was fine, nothing to improve.

The people at the reception were very accommodating and friendly. Eyal gave me a lot of tips about where to eat and other useful information. The room was great, very comfortable bed.
Small bathroom and tiny sink but not too big of a deal. Bathroom was upstairs so I had to keep on going up and down.

Great location near Carmel Market and just a short walk from the beach. Spacious and comfortable room with a large bed. Yehonatan at reception provided excellent advice for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Helpful and friendly staff.
Nothing to mention.

The service provided and the proprieters/concierge were very helpful and nice. The place had real character and was quite fun. Also, the location was brilliant. It was withing walking distance of Jaffa, Neve Tzedek and Rothschilds Avenue
The rooms were very small. Also, the room we stayed in did not have a separate bathroom and instead just had a bathtub which was separated by no more than a curtain. This added to the discomfort of the small size of the room.

This hotel impressed me with its great value for money. Despite being on a budget, I found the prices to be reasonable and affordable. The attention to detail was evident in the rooms, which were equipped with small kitchens and fridges. Having breakfast included was a bonus, and it had a nice window view. The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated in a quiet alley just near Carmel market. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.
All was okay.

The friendliness and direct contact to the owners as well as the nice neighbourhood
to hear noise from the flights coming to Tel Aviv at night

The owners are very professional and engaged. They are concerned to ensure that their guests have a good stay and work hard to respond to customers' needs. Rooms are clean and bed and bath linens are changed daily. The neighbourhood is great fun and the ambiance of the hotel is good.
The rooms would be improved by the addition of more storage space. There is little room on surfaces, so we found we were largely living out of our cases. Of the two rooms we stayed in, the second had a poorly equipped 'kitchenette' area, and the shower was very small.

Great location near the beach and one block away from a bus stop. Good value for the money, with helpful and friendly staff. The vintage style of the hotel is charming and creates a cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a small balcony.
The breakfast was a bit simple, but it was good enough for a quick start to the day. Taxis were not readily available in the area and there was a lack of clear instructions regarding check-in, leading to some confusion upon arrival.

This guesthouse is a perfect choice for those who love to explore a variety of activities. It is situated in the picturesque Yemenite quarters of the city, very near the bustling market, busy bus station, and the beautiful seafront. You'll love the comfortable rooms and friendly staff. And, the karaoke bar and casino options are the icing on the cake!
